Will my car be insured during transport?
Yes. All carriers that we dispatch cars to have active insurance on file. This covers your vehicle in the event of any negligence on the drivers part. This covers you in the event of equipment failure, loading or unloading mishaps, etc. The coverage does NOT include things that fall outside of the drivers liability, such as objects thrown from the road, acts of nature, etc. This is why we recommend that you carry comprehensive insurance on your vehicle during the transport, in order to protect you in the unlikely event that something would occur that falls outside the drivers policy. If you are shipping a classic, exotic, or luxury vehicle, we strongly recommend enclosed transport so that your vehicle is not exoposed to the elements and subjected to these potential events.
