We recommend that you schedule your move 5-10 days in advance of the ready date.  This will help insure that your vehicle is moved within the time frame which best meets your shipping schedule. Traditionally, an order that is competitively priced can expect to have a truck assigned and on its way to pick it up within 1 to 7 days from the ready date.  With advanced notice the dispatchers have a greater chance of hitting the first available date for pick-up. 

 Is your vehicle is available for pick-up now?  That’s OK too.  The dispatchers will work with you on getting your vehicle scheduled for pick-up as close as possible to the preferred target shipping date.  It is helpful but not necessary when orders are submitted 5 to10 days in advance of the available date.  About 50% of people placing auto shipping orders do so with a first available date for pick-up of today or tomorrow.
