In most cases the transportation company will send you an email with all updates pertaining to your order.  An email should notify you that your vehicle has been assigned to a truck and what the estimated pick-up date will be.  If it's past the estimated pick-up date and you have not received an email making the notification that your vehicle has been picked-up you should call the customer services dept to confirm the status.
